    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground At The Primary School No. 10 Tomaszów Olympians In Tomaszów Maz. As Part Of The Tomaszów Civic Budget - Plot No. 369/1 Precinct 0009, Ul. Ostrowskiego 14, 97-2 Tomaszów Mazowiecki. 2. Specification Of Works: 1) Construction Of A Playground Together With The Supply And Assembly Of Equipment, I.E. Play Equipment And Small Architecture Elements Together With The Regulations Of Use. 2) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation Together With The Transfer Of The Pole: A) Removal Of The Electrical Installation With A Planned Investment, B) Transfer Of The Pole Along With The Construction Of A New Electrical Installation. Concrete Cube Hardening: A) A Layer Of Concentrated Sand, B) Separation Layer With Geotextile, C) Hardening From Concrete Cubes On Cement-Sand Bed-Area Connecting The Playground With The Existing Area. 4) Reconstruction Of The Fence (Removal Of The Old Fence Fragmentary), Construction Of A New Fence Around The Playground: A) Construction Panel On The Foundation, B) Entrance To The Playground- Gate Opened Outside, C) Entrance Gate To The Neighboring Pitch. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In The Playground Design, Stwior, Facilitys Equipment Leaves (Part Iii Swz). 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Technical Documentation (Playground Construction Project, Facility Equipment - A List Of Devices, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities) And Recommendations Of The Employer.
