Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction With The Expansion Of The Building Residential-Use. Along With The Change In The Use Of A Residential Premises No. 1 To A Commercial Premises, A Service - A Childrens Club (As Part Of The Project Entitled Toddler Club In Flat).

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Reconstruction And Extension Of A Residential And Service Building In Flat In Order To Adapt The Ground Floor To The Function Of A Childrens Club As Part Of The Toddler Club In Flat Project. The Investment Includes The Execution Of Demolition And Construction And Complementary Works Inside The Building, Including Replacement Of Floors, Joinery, Construction Of New Partition Walls, Installation Of Door Joinery, Plaster And Painting, And The Implementation Of New Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating And Electrical. The Rooms Will Be Equipped With New Wall And Floor Cladding And Adapted To The Service Function. The Scope Of External Works Includes The Construction Of New Reinforced Concrete Entrance Stairs With Balustrades And A Ramp For Disabled People, Roofing, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Insulation Of Selected Fragments Of The Facade Along With Plastering And Painting, As Well As Supplementing Flashing And Paving Stones Around The Building. After Completing The Work, The Ground Floor Of The Building Will Be Allocated To The Childrens Club For 9-11 Children, Meeting Functional And Safety Requirements. 2.
