    The Order Is Co -Financed From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Which Is Available To The Minister Of Sport And Tourism, An Investment Task Under The Name Modernization Of The Sports Hall Of The Tarnów Academy At Ul. Mickiewicza 8 In Tarnów As Part Of The Sportowa Poland - Sports Poland - Program For The Development Of Local Sports Infrastructure - Edition 2024. Agreement For Co -Financing Project No. 2025/0458/12115/Suba/Dis/Sp/24 Concluded On 16.06.2025 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution In The Formula Design And Build Construction Works Consisting In Comprehensive Modernization Of The Basic And Emergency Lighting Installation In The Sports Hall With The Control System And The Accompanying Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others,) Design And Preparatory Work, 2) Disassembly Work, 3) Delivery And Installation Of The Lighting System, 4) Dali Supply And Assembly Of The Dali Control System, 5) Modernization Of The Electrical And Network Installation, 6) Final Works And Documentation3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In Swz And Its Attachments. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Work Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.
