The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Kindergarten And Nursery Building In Nowa Wieś Lęborska To Create An Additional Nursery Department. Detailed Scope Of Work And The Required Features Of Materials, Products And Services, Which Provides Art. 102 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act Was Specified In The Project Documentation, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz, Which Includes: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Sanitary Installation Project, Electrical Installation Project, Technical Specification Of Construction And Receipt Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Addition To Project Documentation. New In Which The Employer Expanded The Subject Of This Contract With Elements Related To The Organization Of Work On An Actively Used Facility And Not Resulting Directly From The Project Documentation. The Realization Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Building Art, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining High -Quality Materials And Solutions Used, And In A Manner Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Part Of The Flat -Rate Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
