    The Order Is Co -Financed From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Which Is Available To The Minister Of Sport And Tourism, An Investment Task Under The Name Modernization Of The Sports Hall Of The Tarnów Academy At Ul. Mickiewicza 8 In Tarnów As Part Of The Sportowa Poland - Sports Poland - Program For The Development Of Local Sports Infrastructure - Edition 2024. Co -Financing Agreement Of Project No. 2025/0458/12115/Suba/Dis/Sp/24 Concluded On 16.06.2025 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Modernization Of A Part Of The Climbing Wall Located In The Building Of The Tarnów Academy In Tarnów Consisting Mainly In The Replacement Of The Sheathing And Adaptation Of The Structure. 2. The Purpose Of Modernization Is To Adapt A Fragment Of The Wall To Contemporary Standards, Including On Time Sports Climbing In Accordance With The Standards Of The International Federation Of Sports Climbing (Ifsc), And Improving Its Functionality And Security. 3. The Order Includes Comprehensive Performance Of Works, Including: • Stage I - Preparatory And Design Works, • Stage Ii - Production Of Panels, Wooden Structure And Other Works Performed Outside The Investment, • Stage Iii - Delivery And Assembly Of A New Wall Covering, Wooden Support Structure, Permanent Safety System, Accompanying Equipment And Other Works - Carried Out In The Investment. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Work Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.
