    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For Points With Renewable Energy Installations For The Needs Of The Łowicz Commune Shopping Group For Facilities Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis. Gigina Łowicz And Members Of The Purchasing Group As Well As Their Units Listed In Annex 1 To Swz Will Include Separate Contracts Resulting From These Procedure For The Award Of Public Procurement In An Open Tender Procedure. Detailed Information On All Collection Points Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz And Annex 5 To Swz. It Will Be The Obligation Of The Selected Contractor To Notify The Indicated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of Comprehensive Electricity Supply Contracts Concluded With The Contractor, Including The Sale And Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. To Perform The Above Actions The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Annex No. 5.1 To Swz). 2. The Employer, Works On His Own Behalf And On The Basis Of A Signed Agreement (Agreement For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Headquarters), On Behalf Of: • Municipalities Of Bolimów • Communes Domaniewice • Gomunice Communes • Communes Of The South Koczew • Municipal Municipalities • Municipalities Of Nieborów3. Orders - Purchase And Distribution Of Electricity To The Facilities Listed In Annex 1 To Swz: 1) Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 Is 793 309.00 Kwh. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Ordered. The Operator Of The Distribution System Is Pge Dystrybucja S.A.
