    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The Employer Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, 820), Hereinafter Referred To As The Postal Law, Covering Its Scope In Particular: A) Acceptance, Movement And Delivery Of Letter Parcels And Postal Packages In The Country, I.E. Urban And Rural Areas) And Foreign Areas, Including Registered Shipments; B) Returning The Ordering Parcels And Postal Parcels After Exhausting The Possibility Of Their Delivery Or Issuing The Recipient - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, With The Reason For Hypoplasia; C) Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority Confirming The Receipt Of Shipments After Their Effective Delivery; Friday - Excluding Public Holidays, Letter Parcels And Postal Parcels From 14:00 To 15:00 From The Office Of The Ordering Party Located In: Pruszcz Gdański, Ul. Powstańców Warszawy 28; Bytowie, Ul. Zakładowa 4; Malbork, Ul. Wołyńska 19; Słupsk, Al. May 3 44.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Service In Accordance With The Provisions Of Postal Law. 3. The Estimated Amount And Type Of Shipments Are Given In Annex 1A To Swz, Which Is Also A Price Form. 4. The Employer Reserves The Right To Not Use Or Increase The Number Of Shipments Sent Within Individual Categories, As Well As The Possibility Of Sending Shipments Not Included In Annex 1A To Swz Under The Contract - The Offer Form, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And As Part Of The Gross Amount Of The Concluded Contract. Shipments And Services Not Listed In The Offer Form Will Be Accounted For According To The Contractors Price List, In Force At The Time Of Ordering The Service. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Its Implementation Include Annex 1A To Swz And Annex 7 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
