Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Updates For The Arcgis Software Owned By The Employer Together With The Service Of Providing Annual Technical Support And Service Care For Updated Software.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Updates For The Arcgis Geodetic Software (Hereinafter Referred To As Software) And The Provision Of Annual Technical Support And Service Care For Updated Software. 2. As Part Of The Provision Of Technical Support And Service Service, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular: A) To Provide Access To The Update Of The Software Covered By The Support Service And Access To The Update Of The Data Contained In The Software Covered By The Support Service And Documentation Necessary To Use The Software Update; B) Ensuring Acquisition By The Contracting Authority For Others, If The Contractor Offers Such A Change; D) Ensuring Technical Support And Service Care Of Software In The Field Of Removing And Repairing Errors In Software; E) Providing Access To Online Assistance On The Contractors Website; F) Ensuring Access To Selected Publications Published By The Contractor. 3. Technical Details, Including The Quantity And Type Of License Covered By The Scope Of The Order As Well As Detailed Data On The Provision Of Technical Support Services And Service Care Can Be Found In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Declares That When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, It Does Not Violate Any Rights Of Third Parties, Including In Particular The Authors Property Rights And The Personal Rights Of Such Persons. It Ensures That The Use Of The Subject Of The Contract And Other Services Implemented Under The Contract Does Not Violate Any Personal Or Property Rights Of Third Parties, And Also Ensures That The Conclusion And Performance Of The Contract Does Not Require Consent Or Submitting Another Declaration Of Will Or Knowledge On The Part Of A Third Party And Will Not Involve Costs For The Contracting Authority, In Particular For The Need To Acquire Additional Licenses. 5. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 3 To Swz And In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
