    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Sound System And Platforms For The Needs Of Sporting Events Organized By Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers, I.E. Lotto 24. Poznań Marathon, Poznań Five And Pho3nix Kids Marathon. The Scope Of The Order, Apart From Renting, Also Includes Transport, Assembly, Sound System Service And Its Disassembly After Completed Events- As Described By The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Containing The Dates Of The Provision Of Individual Services And The Technical Specification Of The Multimedia Apparatus Was Specified In Annex 7 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Must Provide Sound System Support By Qualified Technicians In The Number: Minimum Five Technicians, 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract, And In The Absence Of It - Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Civil Liability) In The Scope Of Conducted Activities, Related To The Subject Of The Contract With The Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than: Pln 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Zlotys) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. 5. Civil Liability Insurance Should Include Civil, Tort And Contract Liability For Personal And Material Damage And Their Consequences. 6. Before Signing The Contract, The Employer Will Demand A Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance. 7. The Offer Should Be Prepared Based On The Offer Form- Annex 1.
