The Subject Of The Contract Is Maintenance, Establishing And Care Of Greenery In Road Lanes Of Poviat Roads In The Zielona Góra Poviat In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Detailed Technical Specifications. 2. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Works That Are The Subject Of These Proceedings Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Specification Of The Contract Of Contract, With The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Protection (I.E. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have An Expert Knowledge Of The Polish Language. In The Event That The Abovementioned Persons Will Not Have An Expert Knowledge Of The Polish Language For The Period And For The Purposes Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Translator At Their Own Expense And With His Own Efforts. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz And Detailed Technical Specifications (Annex 3A To Swz) And The Price Form (Annex 4 To Swz)
