    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 7 Pcs. Management Network Switches Along With Accessories As Part Of The Project Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Poviat Starosty In Lubaczów. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To Swz. 3. In Positions Where The Description Of The Subject Contains The Name Of The Manufacturer, You Can Use Equivalent Items That Correspond To The Same Standards And Fulfill The Same Functional And Utility Task As The Items Listed In The Description. The Employer Allows The Use Of Items Other Than Those Given In The Description, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Specified In The Description. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires, If Possible, To Submit An Appropriate Document That Credentials These Items. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report.
