Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Services In The Field Of Comprehensive Maintenance In The Rooms Of The District Court Building In Brzesko And Cleaning The Areas Adjacent To The Building

3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Cleanliness Service In The Rooms Of The District Court Building In Brzesko (32-800 Brzesko, Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 20) And Cleaning The Areas Adjacent To The Building. 3.2. The Surface Of The Ordering Office Is Located On 4 Floors In The Building At Tadeusza Kościuszki Street No. 20 With The Elevator. 3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Scope, Frequency Of Work Covered By The Order And The Size And Characteristics Of The Surface Are Set Out In Annex 1 To Swz - Opz And Annex 3 To Swz - Proposed Contractual Provisions. 3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular To: A) The Involvement Of Such A Number Of Employees, Which Guarantees Uninterrupted Performance Of The Order, In A Number Not Less Than 1 Person To Perform The Daily Service Every Day And Not Less Than 3 People For Daily Maintaining Cleanliness, Taking Into Account The Rules Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz - Opz, B) Delegation To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Of Employees Who Have Relevant Experience And Health, C) Identifiers That Should Be Worn During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, D) Purchase Of Technical Means As Well As Materials And Cleaning Products Necessary To Perform Services, Including Means And Materials For Cleaning Office Equipment (Computer Monitors), Handrails, Lighting Switches, Plexiglass Shields, Washing Products (Materials And Cleaning Products Must Be Suitable For Cleaning Specific Surfaces - A Detailed Setting Of Surfaces And Requirements For Cleaning. No 3.5. Due To The Nature Of The Institution To Which The Contract Applies In Question And The Contracting Requirements In Force, The Employer Requires That Persons Addressed To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Should Not Be Punished For The Crime. People Who Make A Declaration Of No Criminal Record May Be Directed To Perform The Service.
