Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Electric Bikes - Long -Term Bike (Włower)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Launch Of Electrical Bikes, A Long -Term Bike (Włower), In The Amount Of 20 New Electric Bikes For Long -Term Loans. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has Made Every Effort So That No Trade Name For The Company, Goods, Product Or Standard Should Include Any Trade Name In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If In The Order Documents, The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods, Product Or Standard Is Indicated Only To Inform The Subject Of The Contract And Should Be Understood As Examples, And Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent, Provided That The Technical Parameters Are Guaranteed Not Worse (The Same As Described In Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Above -Mentioned Documents. All Delivered Bikes And Equipment Components That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New, Unused, Contain Appropriate, Current And Required Certificates/Certificates, Quality/Approvals/Declarations Of Compliance Or Markings, Informing About Admission To Sale And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law, If Required. 3. Request To Submit Or Supplement The Subjective Measures. The Employer Requires The Submission Of The Subjective Measures Together With The Offer To Confirm The Quality Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract And The Required Features And Parameters And Their Compliance With The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Order To Verify The Above, The Employer Requires The Contractor To Submit As A Means Of Evidence: 3.1. Samples In The Form Of One Bike Constituting The Subject Of The Offer - In Order To Confirm Compliance With The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Without The Need To Meet The Requirements For The Color Of Bicycles) .1) The Contractor Submits A Bicycle Sample, At His Own Expense To The Address Of The Ordering Party Baza Sp.Z O.O. Ul. Ptasia 2A, 87-800 Włocławek, Secretariats Room, Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. 2) The Sample Should Be Marked In A Way That Allows The Contractor To Be Identified. The Sample Should Be Packed In A Way That Prevents You From Viewing The Sample Without Unpacking It. 3) The Sample Will Be Transferred From Monday To Friday From 8.00-14.00. 4) The Purchaser Shall Return The Bicycle Samples To The Contractors 30 Days After The Conclusion Of The Contract Or At An Earlier Period At The Request Of The Contractor, In Accordance With Art. 77 Of The Pzp.5 Act) The Bicycle Sample Is Not Supplemented Due To The Fact That The Sample Is Used To Confirm Compliance With The Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Criteria For Assessment Of Offers. 3.2. The Specification Of The Bike Offered - Annex 5 To Swz - With Minimal Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is
