    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Acoustic Panels (Systems) To The Village Hall In Stara Łubianka, Including Their Arrangement And Installation (Assembly) .2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Assembly Of Acoustic Systems On The Ceiling And Walls Of The Village Room, Including The Stage And The Main Part Of The Room, In Accordance With The Attached Visualizations; 2) Installation Of Acoustic Systems On The Surface Of The Suspended Ceiling And On The Walls, Using Glue, Ensuring An Ideal Adaptation To The Existing Area After Completing The Task, In Order To Verify The Acoustic Parameters Of The Room. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) And Annex 2 (Visualizations) To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Existing State Is Presented In Annex 3 To Swz (Photos Of The Existing State) And Annex 4 To Swz (Throws And Cross -Sections). Other Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In Annex 5 To Swz (Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement).
