    Consultant Bo . The Description Competition Applies To A Contract For Concept Study Of Nitrogen Cleaning Of Wastewater From Urban Buildings In The Municipality Of Modum. The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated To: Nok 1,800,000,- Ex. Vat. The Value Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. For More Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. The Client Makes Reservations About Cancellation Of The Competition, Including In Connection With Budgetary Coverage. According To Its Nature, This Procurement Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On Climate And The Environment, Cf. The Regulation §7-9, Fifth Paragraph. The Reason For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Consultancy/Consulting Services Where The Client Is Cut Off From Influencing The Climate And Environmental Impact, Since The Requirements And Criteria That Target These Elements Will Not Have Sufficient Connection To The Delivery. See, Dføs Environmental Supervisor. The Client Has Assessed The Procurement Against The Apprenticeship Regulations, Cf. Section 7 Of The Procurement Act, And Concluded That No Requirements For Apprentices Are Placed In This Procurement Then: -The Main Element Of The Contract Does Not Include Work Where It Is Relevant To Use Labor With The Svenn Letter, Cf. -It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because There Is A Need For Specialized Competence That An Apprentice Cannot Be Expected To Hold, Cf. The Apprenticeship Regulations Section 6 (4).
