Statnett Needs To Establish Framework Agreements For Legal Services Within A Wide Range Of Disciplines. In Order To Ensure The Right Expertise And Predictable Capacity, 10 Separate Framework Agreements - One Framework Agreement Per Sub -Area Must Be Entered Into. Sub-Areas Include: Sub-Contract 1: Procurement Right, Competition Law And State Support Sub-Contract 2: Contract And Contract Court Sub-Contract 3: Land And Rights Acquisition (Areas With Reindeer Husbandry) Sub-Contract 4: Concession, Land And Rights Acquisition (Areas Without Reindeer Husbandry 5: Tax Contract 5: Tax Contract 5: Tax Contract 7: Tax Contract 5: Tax Contract 5: Tax Contract 5: Tax Contract 5: Tax Contract) Sub -Contract 8: Finance, Company Law, Stock Market Regulation And Financial Reporting Sub -Contract 9: Sea Projects And International Cooperation/Developments Sub -Contract 10: Other Legal Assistance A Framework Agreement With One Supplier Per Sub -Contract Must Be Entered Into. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 4 Years. The Client Shall Have An Option To Extend The Framework Agreement For Another 2 Years, A Total Of A Maximum Of 6 Years. The Framework Agreements (Sub -Contracts) Total Estimated Value Is Between 200 Million And 300 Million Exclusive Value Added Tax For The Entire Contract Period (Incl. Options). The Estimate Is Based On Previous Withdrawal Of Similar Benefits. It Is Emphasized That The Estimates Are Assigned Adequate Margins To Consider Uncertainty And Any Unforeseen Needs, As The Scope Of Future Purchases Of Legal Services Can Vary Considerably And Can To A Small Extent Be Predicted Based On Historical Figures. Furthermore, The Amount Of Call/Orders On The Various Framework Agreements (Sub -Contracts) Will Naturally Vary Based On Needs. The Maximum Financial Framework For The Framework Agreements (Sub -Contracts) Overall (Including Options) Is 400 Mnok Exclusive Value Added Tax.
