Note: The Building Permit For The Building Envelope Remediation And Structural Upgrades At Building J Is Already In Place.Obtain Other Permits As Required To Execute The Specified Work.Set Up The Site Office, Material Storage, Disposal Bins, And Mobilize The Project Site For Executing And Completing The Specified Work.Identify And Verify Locations Of Underground Utilities And Proceed With The Work Accordingly.The Contractor Should Provide Expertise, Supervision, Skilled Labour, Equipment, Tools And Materials Required To Complete All The Work Outlined In The Contract.Conduct Pre‐Construction Survey And Record Conditions With Either Video Or Photographs.
