Beef/veal Quality & safety: HALAL certified; fresh, not frozen; chilled 4 °C at delivery; no added water; vacuum-sealed/food-grade packs (15 kg); MOA/MOPH veterinary & slaughter certificates; batch/lot traceability; HACCP/ISO 22000 (or equivalent) preferred. Delivery: DDP to LSR Central Kitchen South lebanon - Jdaydet marjaayoun (and other LSR sites incl. Tripoli if requested), MonSat 08:0016:00; cold-chain vehicles required.
