Tenders are invited for NGSL Loading Arms Upgrade Project. Planned Tender Issue: 14/01/26 Planned Contract Award: 01/07/26 Tender Description: (X2602 X2601 X1501 / NIIGATA) - (X1502 X1503 / FMC) Operating for more than 40 years. Instrumentation and Hydraulic systems are Obsolete/Leaking and difficult to maintain. In order to assure safe and reliable operation of the loading facility, Upgrade the existing Electro-Hydraulic equipment as follows: Upgrade local Control panels to a centralized single panel and integrate to PLC provided in Project # 4311. Upgrading Hydraulic equipment with updated design and latest applicable explosion proof standard. Replacement of Hydraulic system tubing.
