Technical Proposal Envelope Contain the Following: 1.1. Submit color copy of all companys legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging to their company from their countries in English language, and the registration documents in Iraq c. Bidders must submit tax ID. 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. Submit copy of previous similar work & experience approved by the end user. 1.4. The supplier should provide Scope of Supply (SOS) includes (material, detail, delivery duration). 1.5.
