Sep 2025 The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) with the secured funding from the Lebanon Humanitarian fund (LHF), and potentially the Polish Aid, is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project that will provide community-driven, immediate assistance to 1232 newly arrived households in underserved areas of Akkar and Hermel, who are grappling with food insecurity. Activities focus on integrated, tailored support to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs of newcomers in priority areas. This will be achieved through the provision of food parcels ensuring coverage of basic monthly food needs of a 5-person family for newcomers residing outside shelters, distributed for three months..
