Solar Mechanized Boreholes and the Erection of Overhead Tanks Closing Date: 26th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Drilling and installation of 8No. solar mechanized boreholes and the erection of overhead tanks Additional Information: The Office of the Head of the Local Government Service and Daffiama Bussie Issa District Assembly intends to apply part of its grant allocation under the REACH Project for the procurement of the underlisted Works and Supplies for the implementation of Community Action Plans (CAPs) in Daffiama Bussie Issa District of the Upper West Region: The Office of the Head of the Local Government Service (OHLGS) and the Daffiama Bussie Issa District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers and Contractors for the procurement of the items listed in the above table. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended by Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Tenderers are to attach copies of the underlisted documents: i. Valid Business Registration Certificates/ Incorporation with up-to-date renewal receipts ii. VAT Registration Certificate iii. Valid Social Security Clearance Certificate iv. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate v. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate vi. Drilling License (Applicable to only Boreholes) Failure to submit any of the above documents may render a Tender unresponsive. 3.
