    Request for proposals for Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, Social Media Campaign for the Benefit of Green Gold Mills Company in Palestine / Jenin The Trade Facilitation and Customs Support Program (Tasdeer) is a UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) initiative (Contract No. PO10054), implemented in the West Bank and Gaza. The programme aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Palestinian private sector and strengthen the Palestinian Authoritys capacity in the areas of trade, customs, and import policy regulation and administration. Tasdeer supports sustainable, private sector-led economic growth and job creation across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The programme also contributes to the fiscal sustainability of the Palestinian Authority and promotes equitable access to trade and improved institutional capacity. Tasdeer is currently inviting proposals from eligible and qualified offerors to provide: Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, Social Media Campaign for a Beneficiary Located in Jenin West Bank Eligibility Criteria: - Be a legally registered entity. - Have Valid Deduction at Source Certificate Evaluation Process: The evaluation will be based on both technical and financial proposals. The bidding committee reserves the right to reject the lowest financial bid and may cancel or postpone the tender process without providing justification. · All questions related to the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to: procurement@tasdeer.ps.
