    Tenders are invited for equipping resource rooms in a number of schools in the Hebron, Bethlehem, and Salfit governorates The Qader Foundation for Community Development is implementing the project Enhancing Inclusiveness and Resilience of Local Communities in the West Bank, implemented by Qader Foundation in partnership with the CBM Foundation , and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ) . Qader Foundation supports partner municipalities in implementing adaptations of public facilities in the project areas, based on community priorities identified by the local community. Subject of giving The tender includes equipping resource rooms in a number of schools in the Hebron, Bethlehem, and Salfit governorates, divided into two packages as follows: Package (A) Interior Furniture and Flooring Package (B) - Educational Games Interested and qualified suppliers may submit a quotation for the supply of goods and supplies as shown in Annex No. (7): Schedule of Quantities, Specifications and Prices, for one or all of the above-mentioned packages. Tenders must be submitted to Qader Foundation in a sealed envelope, at Qader Foundation headquarters in Beit Jala, Beit Jala Public Library building, near the Peace Garden (Al-Batta), no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Bids will be opened in the presence of suppliers who wish to attend on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the Qader Foundation headquarters in Beit Jala. The bid evaluation will be private during a closed session. Offer validity Bids submitted must be valid for 120 days . Bidders must submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the financial bid value, payable to the Qader Foundation for Community Development , valid for a period of no less than 120 days , in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified check.
