Tenders are invited for Terms of Reference (ToR) Career Counsellors and Advisors services for the above-mentioned project, funded by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) MAAN Development Center invites qualified consultants or consulting firms to submit proposals for providing Career Counsellors and Advisors services for the above-mentioned project, funded by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC). Key Notes · Currency & Tax: Financial offers must be in USD and inclusive of VAT (the project is not VAT-exempt). · Tax Withholding: Individual consultants must provide a valid tax deduction certificate; otherwise, a 10% withholding will be applied as per regulations. · Invoicing: Firms must issue official invoices compliant with Palestinian regulations. · Advertisement Fees: Costs for posting on Jobs.ps shall be borne by the awarded consultant/firm.
