Tenders Are Invited For Capital Repair Works Of Healthcare Facilities

Tenders are invited for Capital Repair Works of Healthcare Facilities in Kyiv and Chernihiv Regions, Ukraine Within the framework of the Be-Relief Ukraine program, implemented by Enabel in accordance with the agreement with the Belgian Federal State signed on May 27, 2024, this tender for community works covers the capital repair of two facilities located in Kyiv and Chernihiv. In Chernihiv, at the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise Chernihiv Regional Blood Center of the Chernihiv Regional Council, located at: 16 Pyrohova Street, a capital repair of the building with comprehensive modernization will be carried out. The works will include thermal insulation and repair of façades, replacement of the roof, installation of elevators and accessibility measures for low-mobility groups. Inside, the project provides for the replanning of functional premises, finishing of walls, floors, and ceilings using materials suitable for medical institutions and resistant to repeated disinfection. A complete reconstruction of engineering networks is designed: heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems with air recuperation, power supply, lighting, and low-current systems. The building will be equipped with modern laboratory and technological zones for the preparation and storage of blood components, fire protection systems, and sanitary airlocks for the separation of clean and contaminated flows. At the Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital, located at: Kyiv, 1 Zahorivska Street (Baggovutivska), in Surgical Building No. 1, a capital repair of the operating unit (group of premises: 6, 1017, 44) on the 7th floor will be carried out. The works will include dismantling of outdated structures and finishes, installation of new partitions made of gypsum board systems with increased soundproofing and moisture resistance, finishing of floors with antibacterial and wear-resistant materials, as well as arrangement of walls and ceilings with the possibility of repeated sanitary treatment and integration of engineering systems. As part of modernization, the reconstruction of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems with recuperation will be carried out to ensure a stable microclimate in the operating rooms. New switchboards, internal electrical networks, modern lighting (general and local) with backup power supply, as well as the installation of low-current communication, signaling, and dispatching systems are envisaged.
