    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery And Warranty Support For Computer Configurations For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Food As Follows: According To Lot No 1: Delivery Of Computer Configurations - Desktop Computer Configurations Type 1 - 80 Pieces And Type 2 - 46 Pieces. According To Lot No 2: Delivery Of Laptops - Laptops - 30 Pieces. Scope Of Activities: The Following Main Activities Should Be Implemented In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement: Delivery Of Computer Equipment; Warranty Support. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Relevant Separate Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464 For Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Lots Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In Accordance With The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Will Assign A Lot 2: “Delivery Of Laptops” With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 45,000.00 (Forty -Five Thousand) Bgn Without Vat Or Bgn 54,000.00 (Fifty -Four Thousand) Bgn With Vat, In Accordance With Its Respective Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law - Direct Award On The Grounds Of Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act.
