The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Quantities Of Active Electricity To The Objects Of The Dgsbzn And Its Territorial Units And The Provision Of Services By Performing Activity As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ea), Electricity Trade (Ptee) And Rules For Measuring Quantity Measurement Of The Quantity. The Award Of The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Current Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All The Services Used By The Contracting Authority As The Final Customer: Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Balancing Liability, As Well As Settles For The Payments Due To The Payments.
