The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Opportunity To Submit An Offer For One Or Several Of The Nomenclature Units In The Separate Positions. Participants Should Prepare Their Offers For All Nomenclature Units Included In The Relevant Lot, For Which They Submit An Offer. If A Participant Submits An Offer On Part Of The Nomenclature Units, It Will Be Removed From Participation In The Public Procurement In The Respective Lot. The Technical Specification Is Made Up Of Medical Devices And Consumables Necessary For The Treatment Process In The Medical Establishment For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months. The Offered Medical Devices And Consumables In The Relevant Lots/Nomenclature Units Must Meet The Data From The Specimen Of The Price Offer. Delivery Time - Deliveries Are Made After Receiving A Request - Written Or By Fax Or E -Mail, Within The Latest Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Hours From Receipt Of The Request Of The Contracting Authority.
