    Software-Related Services-Purchase Of Gigamon Subscription And Service. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Purchase Of The Gigamon Subscription And Service, Including The Warranty Service And The Substantive Support Of The Contractor. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Order Be Processed Within 36 Months In Accordance With The Deadlines As Below, Including: 1) Delivery Of A Certificate Confirming The Purchase Of A Subscription Service Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; 2) The Provision Of The Subscription Service Within 36 Months From The Date Of Subscription, Indicated On The Certificate Receipt Confirming The Purchase Of The Subscription, However, Not Earlier Than From 31.08.2025 (*Registration To Remove In The Event Of The Conclusion Of The Contract After That Date); 3) Providing The Warranty Service And Software Service - For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Subscription Referred To In Point 2; 4) Providing Substantive Support Services Covering No More Than 150 Man -Hours - For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Subscription Referred To Above In Point 2 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 4. The Manner Of Execution Of The Contract Is Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 5. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8 Of The Pzp Act.
