The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Analysis, Development And Implementation Of Information Systems Of The Institute Of Statistics And Cartography Of Andalusia (Ieca). The Services To Be Hired Will Be Oriented And Divided According To The Life Cycle For The Management Of Ict Services, Mapping With The Phases Of The Software Development Process, Being Organized In The Following Lines Or Categories Of Services: A) Strategy Services And Continuous Improvement: It Will Include All Those Necessary Tasks To Advise And Guide The Different Actors Of The Possible Evolution And Integrations Of The Information Systems, As Well As Propose The Improvements That Are Appropriate In Software Products, Aimed At Minimizing Risks, Improving The Internal Quality Of Systems In Any Of Its Aspects And Adapting The Service According To The Organizations Corporate Strategy. B) Architecture Services: Whose Objective Is To Provide Understanding Tasks Of All The Different Elements That Make Up The Organization Of The Ada And How These Elements Relate To Each Other. The Architecture Domains Are: Business, Service, Information, Technology And Environment. C) Services For The Creation And Evolution Of Information Systems: It Will Include All Those Necessary Tasks For The Correct Definition, Analysis, Design And Construction, Within The Scope That Is Conferred On This Contract, Of Functionalities, Requirements, Technology And Processes That Must Meet The Different Information Systems Of The Ada. D) Evaluation, Validation And Deployment Services: It Will Include All Those Necessary Tasks To Implement And Put In Production Changes Or Evolutions In The Information Systems, Validating That These Changes Respond To The Definitions Made In The Previous Phases And Comply With The Different Technical Regulations Published And Approved By The Ada, As Well As Communicate And Train Those Interested In The Use And Management Of The Information System That Has Been Affected. E) Software Quality Services: This Service Has As Main Objectives: • That All Information Systems, Within The Scope Of The Contract, Have A Level Of Quality Certification Achieved, There Is A Minimum Level Of Mandatory Compliance That Will Depend On The Criticality (Low, Medium Or High) With Which It Is Classified To It,
