The Ministry Of Justice, Administration And Digital Transformation Conducts The Procedure For The Procurement Of The Service For The Purpose Of Drafting The Operational Plan And The Study Study, Which Will Be Funded By The Council Of Europe Development Bank Funds (Hereinafter: Ceb). Delivery Made Through This Service Will Be Used To Launch The Construction Of A New Penitentiary In Perušić. The Key Results Of This Service Are The Designed Documents: The Operational Plan And Study Of The Feasibility On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Evaluate The Technical And Technological, Economic, Legal, Sociological And Environmental Implementation Of The Project Of The Construction Of The Perušić Penitentiary For The Accommodation Of Persons Deprived Of Freedom, Which Is Planned In Accordance With European Prison Rules And Other International Standards. The Subject Of Procurement Is Detailed By The Cost And Project Task And Which Form An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation.
