    Dedicated-Business Telephone Network Services-Operation Of A Cisco Ucm Landscape. Operation Of A Cisco Ucm Environment The Georg August University Göttingen Wants To Award The Operation Of Its Cisco Ucm Cluster For The Next 5 Years. The System Consists Of 4 Servers And Currently Around 13,500 Participants. An Expansion To Approx. 15,500 End Devices Will Take Place Over The Contract Term. A Level 1 And Level 2 Support And Possibly Support In Level 3 Are Expected. To Maintain System Availability, A Cisco Smartnet Service Contract For Hardware And Software Is Concluded At Cisco. The Contractor Supplies The University With Hardware And Software And Offers Discounts On The Cisco Global Pricelist. The Prerequisite For The Surcharge Is That The Contractor Has The Cisco Premier Partner Status And Can Provide At Least One Technician With Cisco Ccie Collaboration Certificate And At Least One Technician With Cisco Ccnp Collaboration Certificate. In Addition, The Client Calls For A Ccie Routing & Switching And A Ccna Routing & Switching To Support In The Event Of A Fault In The Limitation Of Network Errors. This Is Imperative, Since The Large Clinic Is Connected To The Uc Environment And A High Need For Qualification And Competence Is Therefore Required.
