The City Of Kemi Is Requesting Tenders For Coaching Services That Reinforce Skills And Support Employment In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender And The Annexes. Coaching Days Include Working In Studied Workshops And Developing Competence Through Subdivision And Apprenticeship. Working Is A Paid Employment That Does Not Use The Wage Subsidy Granted By The Employment Area. Employment Relationships Are Individual According To The Customers Need For Coaching. Completion Of Sub -Qualifications In The Workshop Environment Will Increase Or Update Your Skills And Work Skills. Supporting Study Skills And Lowering The Threshold For Postgraduate Studies Or Employment At The End Of The Coaching Period. The Contracting Entity Monitors The Implementation Of The Purchase Services Objectives With The Number Of Partial Qualifications And Coaching, And The Investment In Postgraduate Studies Or In Working Life. The Price Offered Should Include All Pay Costs (Including Salary, Side Costs, Insurance, Occupational Health Care, Work Clothes And Equipment) And Coaching. The Procurement Exceeds The Threshold Of Article 25 Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts Because The Acquisition Consists Of A Uniform Service Package, Whereby The Coordination Of The Service Does Not Endanger The Implementation Of The Contract And The Customer Service.
