    Work Detail

    The Rotterdam-Den Haag (Mrdh) Metropolitan Region Will Grow In The Coming Years. 400,000 Inhabitants Will Be Added Until 2040. For All These People There Must Be (Affordable) Homes And Jobs. A Suitable Location For New Homes Is The Central Innovation District (Cid) And The De Binckhorst District In The Municipality Of The Hague. Around 25,000 Homes Will Be Added In The Period Up To 2040 And 35,000 Jobs Are Expected. More Homes And Jobs Are Accompanied By More Travelers. In Order To Compensate For This Increase In Mobility, It Was Decided In November 2020 To Proceed To A New High-Quality Public Transport (Hov) Connection Between The Hague And The Municipalities Of Leidschendam-Voorburg And Rijswijk, And To Future-Proof Solutions For Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic. This Hov Connection Is Called The Vliet Line. A Project Site With All Public Information Has Been Set Up For The Project: Https://Devlietlijn.Nl/.To Project De Vlietlijn Is Currently In The Planning And Study Phase. The Sketch Design (So) Phase Is Expected To Be Completed In The Fourth Quarter Of 2025 And In The First Quarter Of 2026 The Preliminary Design (Vo) Phase Starts. The Purpose Of This Assignment Is To Deliver Four Related Documents In Preparation For The Realization Phase Of The Vliet Line. This Concerns The Following Documents That Must Be Drawn Up: 1. Contracting Strategy Realization Phase; 2. Collaboration Model; 3. Agreements For Management And Maintenance; 4. Administrative Agreement (S) Realization Phase. The Assignment Includes The Delivery Of The Basis Of Agreements In The Form Of Three Mutually Dependent Documents That Together Form The Starting Points And Rules For The Realization Phase Of Project De Vlietlijn. These Documents Are Drawn Up In Such A Way That On Delivery They Can Be Offered Directly For Signature By The Seven Clients Of The Project And Two Partners.
