    Laboratory Reagents - Framework Agreement - Laboratory Consumption Material. The University Of Bayreuth Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement On Laboratory Items For A Period Of Four Years. The Contract Has A Basic Contract Term Of 12 Months (01.11.2025 To 31.10.2026). The Contract Is Then Extended By 12 Months If It Is Not Terminated With A Period Of 3 Months. The Maximum Contract Term Ends At The Latest On October 31, 2029 Without A Written Termination. The Corresponding Laboratory Materials Are Bought By Our Central Warehouse In Collective Orders And Delivered Centrally. The Distribution To The End Users Is Not Part Of The Framework Agreement.
