If Somewhere In The Documentation And The Technical Specification There Is: A Specific Model, Source, Process, Trademark, Type, Patent, Origin, Standard Or Production, Etc., The Contracting Authority On The Grounds Of Art. 50 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Will Accept Any Offer Whom The Participant Proves With Each Relevant Document That The Proposed Decision Is Equivalent To The Requirements. The Same Is In Accordance With The Financial Resource Of The Contracting Authority. The Price Offer Should Include All The Costs Of Executing The Order, Incl. And By The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. From Participation In The Contract A Participant Shall Be Removed, Who Submits A Price Proposal, Which Exceeds The Specified Total Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Public Procurement.
