    Work Detail

    The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Obtain Consulting Assistance To Carry Out An Evaluation Of The Service. Evisation Is A Widely Available Online Publishing Service For Public Companies That Are Subject To Public Law. The Service Is Managed By Digdir. Evisation Has Been In Operation For Several Years And The Evaluation Will Be A Knowledge Base For Further Work On The Service. The Evaluation Shall Answer Whether E -Insight Provides According To The Objectives Of The Service And Whether It Is Operated In An Appropriate And Sound Manner. The Evaluation Should Also Answer Whether The Service Supports The Right Of Access In The Public Law, Whether The Financing Model For The Service Is Sustainable And Contributes To Streamlining In The Management, And Whether The Service Has Efficiency Benefits For Management Processes Related To The Treatment Of Access Requirements. The Evaluation Is Discussed In The Governments Action Plan For Open Government Partnership (Ogp), Where Evaluation Of E -Insight Is One Of The Obligations. This Is Discussed Under Section 6.5 Of The Plan, See Footnote1. The Evaluation Should Contain Experiences And Input From The Administration, Civil Society And The Media. There Should Be Dialogue With Dfd And Digdir During The Work And The Evaluation Will Result In A Final Report. The Report From The Evaluation Will Be Published By Dfd After The Assignment Ended. The Final Deadline For The Agreement Is February 13Th. The Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Up To Nok 1,500,000 Excl. Vat. The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
