Project: Tender21141 - Hmms04605 - Parkwood Bariatric Washroom . Healthcare Materials Management Services (Hmms), On Behalf Of St. Josephs Health Care London (Sjhcl), And In Particular The Facilities Management Department, Is Looking To Establish A Partnership With A Preferred Proponent, To Act As A Constructor, As Outlined In The Rfp Documents, For Hmms04605 – Sjhc London – Bariatric Washroom. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Procurement And Installation Of A Bariatric Washroom At Parkwood Main In Wing E – Western Counties. This Will Require, But Is Not Excluded To The Following: The Renovation Of The Existing Bariatric Washroom To Enhance User Mobility And Improve Functionality Within The Current Space. The Scope Of Work Includes The Relocation Of The Toilet And Sink To Create A More Efficient And Accessible Washroom Layout. Most Of The Existing Washroom Accessories Will Be Repositioned To Align With The New Fixture Locations. A New Hollow Metal Door Will Be Installed To Accommodate A Wider Opening, Improving Accessibility. The Existing Flooring Will Remain In Place, While New Wall Tile Will Be Installed In Areas Where Major Work Is Being Carried Out. (Approximately 8M2 (86 Sqf). This Project Also Includes Demolition And Mechanical Systems, Ductwork, Electrical Services And Systems. The Winning Proponent Must Act As Constructor And Is Responsible For Carrying All Appropriate Subtrades.
