Week Services Health And Care, Framework Agreement . The Description Competition Applies To The Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Temporary Workers To The Health And Care Sector (Doctors Are Not Covered). The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated To: Nok 2,000,000,-Excl. Vat Per Year. Maximum Value For The Entire Contract Period, Including Any Options And Expected Price Increases: Nok 20,000,000,- Excl. The Need Is Uncertain. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And Will Depend On The Contractors Needs, Activities, Budgetary Situation And Other Framework Factors During The Contractor. For More Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. According To Its Nature, This Procurement Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On Climate And The Environment, Cf. Section 7-9, Fifth Paragraph Of The Regulations. The Reason For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Consultancy/Consulting Services Where The Client Is Cut Off From Influencing The Climate And Environmental Impact, Since The Requirements And Criteria That Target These Elements Will Not Have Sufficient Connection To The Delivery. Section 7 Of The Procurement Act, And Concluded That There Is No Requirement For Apprentices In This Procurement Then: - There Is No Particular Need For Apprenticeships For The Educational Courses That Are Relevant To This Procurement, Cf. - The Main Element Of The Contract Does Not Include Work Where It Is Relevant To Use Labor With Subject Or Svenn Letters, Cf. Section 6 (3) Of The Apprenticeship Regulations - It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because There Is A Need For Specialized Competence That An Apprentice Cannot Be Expected To Possess, Cf. Section 6 Of The Apprenticeship Regulations. - It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because The Tasks Are Not Considered Suitable For Apprentices Because Of The Nature Of The Work And Requirements For Health, Environment And Safety, Cf. Section 6 Of The Apprenticeship Regulations (4).
