    Fire Lift With Options . The Value Of The Description Is Estimated To Be: Nok 20,000,000-30,000,000,- Excl. Vat. The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Client. For More Information, We Refer To The Procurement Documents. The Client Makes Reservations About Cancellation Of The Competition, Including In Connection With Budgetary Coverage And Political Approval. The Procurement Applies To Special Vehicles For Fire And Rescue Services. Regulations On Emission Requirements For Public Procurement Of Vehicles For Road Transport (For-2022-12-20-2384) § 2 Exempt Such Vehicles From The Regulations. In Addition, The Procurement Regulations Opens Section 7-9, Fifth Paragraph, That The Obligation To Set Climate And Environmental Requirements Does Not Apply If The Procurement According To Its Nature Has A Climate Impression And An Environmental Impact That Is Insignificant. For Emergency Vehicles, The Environmental Impact Must Be Assessed In Light Of The Overall Procurement In The Business And The Vehicles Special Application. Fire Trucks And Lift Trucks Are Only Used In Acute Emergency Situations, And Have Very Low Annual Mileage Compared To Ordinary Transport Vehicles. Thus, The Climate Imprint Over The Life Of The Life In Relation To The Total Purpose Of The Procurement Becomes Marginal. Furthermore, It Is A Contingency Requirement That The Vehicles Be Able To Deliver Full Performance Under Extreme Operating Conditions At All Times, Regardless Of Temperature, Load And Accessible Infrastructure. As Of Today, There Are No Zero -Emission Options That Meet All Technical And Operational Requirements. Therefore, Emphasizing Climate And Environmental Considerations With A Minimum Of 30 % In The Allocation Phase Will Not Have A Real Climate Effect, And Can In The Worst Case Weaken The Preparedness Of Society. Against This Background, The Environmental Requirements Under § 7-9 Second And Third Paragraphs Are Considered As Not Applicable To This Procurement, Cf. § 7-9 Fifth Paragraph.
