The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out Through A Purchase Within The Meaning Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, And The Secondary Object Is Provision Of Services On The Grounds Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Present Public Procurement Falls Within The Hypotheses Of Mixed Public Procurement, According To Art. 11, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, Including More Than One Site - Services And Supplies, But Shall Be Awarded As A Delivery, In Accordance With The Legislator Prescribed By Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Complete Diagnosis Of Vehicles; Carrying Services For Car Maintenance, Which Includes: Light, Medium And Main (Heavy) Repair Of The Vehicles Provided For The Use Of Tp Gurkovo, Service Of The Vehicles In Full Volume And Periodicity, According To The Manufacturers Prescriptions Of The Respective Brand Of Motor Vehicles, Prevention, Diagnostics, Teenage And Bodies; Technical Service And Repair Of The Engine, Clutch, Gearbox, Parking Brake, Cardan Transmission; Maintenance And Repair Of Front Axle, Steering, Rear Axle, Brake System, Vehicle Suspension; Maintenance And Repair Of The Vehicle Electrical Equipment, The Fuel System And The Air Conditioning System; Maintenance And Repair Of The Vehicle And Adjustment Of The Front Axle; In The Event Of The Inability Of The Cars To Move On Their Own Stroke To The Respective Base, Their Repatriation Is Carried Out At The Expense Of The Contractor. Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Vehicles At Prices, According To The Price Offer Of The Contractor, Without Charged The Elevation, And The Delivered Spare Parts And Consumables Must Be Factory And Original For The Respective Brand And Model Of Motor Vehicles And Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Spare Parts And Consumables Is In Accordance With The Guarantee Of Their Manufacturer And Begins To Run From The Date Of The Invoice For The Delivery. Guarantee Period Of The Activities Carried Out Activities - At The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not Less Than 6 Months For Lightweight And Average Repair And 12 Months For Basic (Heavy) Repair As Of The Date Of Signing The Document Certifying The Execution.
