The Subject Of The Dynamic Purchases System (Dsp) Is The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Mbal-Svilengrad Eood. In The Prepared Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, The Types Of Medicinal Products, Together With The Requirements For Dosage Form, A Unit Of Measure And An Estimated Quantity, Are Detailed. The Types Of Medicinal Products Stated In The Technical Specification, As Well As The Estimated Quantities, May Be Changed, Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority By Adding New Medicinal Products, Including A Change In Estimated Quantities, In The Award Of Each Particular Public Procurement, Within The Created Dynamic Purchases System, For The Duration Of Its Operation. The Exchange Of Documents And Communications Between Contracting Authorities, Candidates, Participants And Contractors Is Carried Out Through Zais Eop. The Dynamic Purchases (Dsp) System Is Carried Out In Stages. According To Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Act, Depending On The Stage Of The Procedure, The Candidates Submit Applications For Participation, And The Qualified (Admitted) Candidates - Tenders. The Dsp Is Managed As An Entirely Electronic Process And Throughout The Period Of Operation Of The Purchasing System It Is Found For Each Business Entity/Performing Body (Io), Which Meets The Selection Criteria. The Stated Selection Criteria Are Also Exclusion Criteria. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Period Of Operation For Each Candidate That Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Stakeholders. The Term Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Limited Procedures Within The Ssp Is For A Period Of Up To 12 / Twelve / Months.
