The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Carpentry-Cuvian Building, Located On Journal Of Laws No. 40/18 In Olganowo, The Choceń Commune, Włocławski Poviat, (Inventory No. 34/0117). The Order Of The Contract Includes, Among Others Performing Works Around The Facilities - Preparation Of The Area And Its Recognition, 2. Performing Dismantling And Demolition Works: • Roof Demolition, • Demolition Of Walls, • Demolition Of Floors, • Demolition Of Foundation Elements, • Backfilling Excavations, 3. Equalization And Ordering Of The Area, 4. Implementation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation And Submitting Its Registration Changes In The Relevant Poviat Starosty. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Design And Technical Documentation And The Conditions And Requirements Related To Its Implementation Are Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Attachments To This Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project And Technical Documentation, Currently In Force By The Construction Law, The Environmental Protection Law, The Act On Nature Protection And Other Applicable Law, Polish Standards And Construction Art. 2. Within The Date From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Transfer Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Employer A Statement Of Threat Or Lack Of Threat To Protected Species And Their Habitats. In The Event Of A Threat, The Contractor Will Have To Perform A Natural Inventory At His Own Expense, Along With Obtaining Relevant Administrative Decisions And The Performance Of Possible Compensation Works. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over In This Case After The Contractor Has Notified The Completion Of The Compensation Works Specified In The Competent Public Administration Body. 3. The Condition For The Conclusion Of The Contract Is That The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And Submitting To The Employer, At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract, Paid Policy. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Pay To The Ordering Party For Receivables For The Demolition Materials Obtained In The Amount Of Pln 6,274.40+ 23% Vat, The Value Of Which Was Determined On The Basis Of The Employers Valuation, Constituting An Attachment To This Contract
