The Scope Of Work Includes Insulation Of Walls, Ceilings And Flat Roofs, Replacement Of Window Joinery And Modernization Of The Heating System By Dismantling Old Heat Pumps And The Installation Of Four New Pumps Such As Monoblock Air -Water In A Cascading System With The Central Heating Buffer, Fittings And New Control Automation. The Replacement Of Radiators In The Gym And Modernization Of Domestic Hot Water Installations With Programmers For Work During Increased Energy Production From Renewable Energy From Renewal Production Will Also Be Provided. The Investment Micro -Installations Will Be Created - Two Wind Turbines With A Capacity Of 9.8 Kw Each, Mounted On String Concrete Poles And Integrated With The System Of Monitoring Energy Consumption. New Electrical Installations Will Also Be Made, Including Lighting Replacement With Energy -Saving Led Luminaires, Assembly Of Emergency And Escape Fixtures, Overvoltage Installation And Fire Protection Switch Will Be Carried Out On Plots No. 185/1 And 185/2 At Ul. Szkolna 7. The School Building Will Retain Its Current Use, And The Energy From Renewable Energy Will Be Used Only For Its Needs. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Full Organization Of Construction Facilities, Work Safety, Land Marking And Waste Management. The Design Is Co -Financed From The National Reconstruction Plan (Kpo) And Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do Not Do Serious Damage) And Environmental Requirements.
