1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Design Works And Construction Works For The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of The Interchange Center In Panki In The Design Formula And Build Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Construction Of Interchange Centers And Bus Stops In The Communes Of Krzepice, Przystajń, Panki. 2. The Investment In Question Consists In The Design And Construction Of A Public Parking Lot That Meets The Concepts Of Park And Ride Intended For The Residents Of The Commune To Leave The Car In A Specially Created Public Parking Lot For This Purpose And Use Public Transport. 3. Investment Location: Plot No. The Scope Of Work Covered By This Task Includes In Particular: 4.1. Design Documentation-Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On A Functional And Utility Program And Data Contained In The Shared Documents, Made In Accordance With Applicable Law, Necessary To Perform Construction And Assembly Works Including In Particular: 1) Implementation Of The Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design Together With Obtaining A Decision Of The Building Permit, Employers Of Project Solutions; 2) Executive Project; 3) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions, Required For The Implementation Of Construction Works; 4) Developing And Approving The Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority (If Required); 5) Based On The Design Documentation. Works. The Cost Estimates Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 20 December 2021 On Determining The Methods And Grounds For Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate, Calculating The Costs Of Design Work And Planned Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws 2012, Item 2458). 4.1.1. Conditions For Developing Project Documentation: The Contractor Will Develop A Construction Project Supplemented With The Requirements For The Executive Project, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws 2021 Item 2454) And Will Comply With The Act Of July 7, 2020 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418). 4.1.2. The Number Of Design Documentation (Construction Projects, Executive Projects, Works Of Works, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Investor Cost Estimate, And Others) Required In Paper And Electronic Form, Transferred To The Ordering Party: 1) Printed Version: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, - 4 Copies, Executive Design - 3 Copies.
