Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. 74/Ix/24 Of The City Council In Namysłów Of 30 October 2024 On Joining The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Location Of Wind Farms In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune (Annex 3). The Local Spatial Development Plan Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular: A) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, B) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 May 2016 On Investments In Wind Farms, C) With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 17 December 2021 On The Required Scope Of The Project Of The Local Development Plan Spatial, D) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, E) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 4 March 2010 On Spatial Information Infrastructure, F) With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Work And Technology Of 26 October 2020 On The Sets Of Spatial Data And Metadata In The Field Spatial Development, G) With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts. 2. The Purpose Of Joining The Plan Is To Enable The Location Of Wind Farms And Solar Power Plants Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure In The Southern Part Of The Namysłów Commune. The Dominant Purpose In The Area In The Area Are Agricultural Land And Forests Areas Of The Local Plan Being Prepared, The Following Parameters Will Not Be Exceeded: - Maximum Total Height Of Wind Farms: 207 M, - Maximum Rotor Diameter With Shovels: 127 M, - Maximum Number Of Wind Farms That Will Be Specified In The Plan: 5.3. Criteria To Draw Up A Graphic Attachment To The Local Spatial Development Plan - In Accordance With The Guidelines For Giap Planners - Annex 4.4. Order Stages: A) Preparing An Announcement On Adopting A Resolution On Joining The Plan, B) Notification In Writing About Adopting A Resolution On The Preparation Of A Plan Of Institutions And Bodies Competent For Agreeing And Giving Opinions On The Plan, C) Preparation Of A Draft Plan, Consisting Of A Draft Resolution Containing The Text Part - Setting The Plan (Included In The Pages Of The Area, Analogously To The Pages Of The Area Resolutions No. 384/Viii/21 Rm In Namysłów Of 11.02.2021) And The Graphic Part - Drawing Of The Plan On A Scale Of 1: 2000 (According To The Criteria From Annex 2) Together With The Considering Of Applications And The Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Forecast, Taking Into Account The Requirements Contained In The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On The Provision Of Environmental Information And Its Protection, Societys Participa
