For The Contractors Tasks As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Para. 1, It Will Include: 1) Preparation Of The Graphic Design Of The Event, Marketing Materials, As Well As Material Prizes And Gifts For Event Participants In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Sopz; 2) Organization Of Communication And Recruitment Channels (Dedicated Chat And Website Of The Event), In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Sopz; 3) Promotion Of The Event In Accordance With The Requirements Referred To In Sopz, I.E. In Social Media; B) Industry Media (Sponous Articles); C) Organization Of A Series Of Open Lectures (Webinars) Of Recognized Specialists In The Field Of Osint/Infobrokering; 4) Marketing Service Of The Event; 5) Preparation Of Prizes And Gifts For Event Participants, I.E.), I.E.) Order, Preparation And Possible Shipping Of Material Prizes And Presents For Participants Of The Event; B) Organization Individual Professional Mentors Conducted By Specialists In The Field Of Osint/Infobrokering For The Winners Of The Event; 6) Service And Conducting/Moderation Of Online Events: Opening Ceremony Of The Competition, Ceremonies For The Announcement Of Results (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ceremony) And Webinars; 7) Service And Organization Of The Ceremony At The Headquarters Of Nask-Pib At Ul. Kolska 12 In Warsaw, Including Providing Catering For Participants Of The Ceremony And Transport For The Winners Of The Event With And To The Ceremony On The Principles Indicated In Sopz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz. 4. In Cases Where In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterized Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Were Indicated, Which Would Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products, This Means That The Contracting Authority May Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract With Sufficiently Accurate Terms And This Is Justified By The Specifics Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process Should Be Read With Or Equivalent Words. 5. In The Event That In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act Allows The Application Of Equivalent Solutions.
