1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In The Export Of Industrial Sewage, I.E. Pumping Out Industrial Sewage From The Tank And Their Transport To The Catchment Indicated In The Contract In Accordance With The Permit. 2. Each Emptying Of The Drainage Tank And Their Transport Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Telephone Or Electronic Order For The Service Of The Service Issued By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party Within Two Business Days Of The Notification. 3. The Employer Emphasizes That The Quantities Of Sewage To Receive Are Estimated Amounts That May Change, Which Are To Be Used To Prepare The Offer, With The Maximum Quantities Do Not Exceed The Estimated Total Amount Of Sewage To Receive During The Period Of The Contract Specified In Table 1. Due To The Amount Of Sewage Difficult To Predict, The Estimated Total Amount For Receipt May Change. The Contractor Undertakes To Timely Perform The Drainage Tanks And Sewage Transport To The Catchment Area Indicated By The Employer. 5. The Contractor Should Have The Ability To Transport Sewage In The Quantities Specified In The Contract With The Employer. 6. The Contractor Declares That He Has The Appropriate Permission To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Emptying Of Drainage Tanks And Transport Of Liquid Impurities Issued In Accordance With Art. 7 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Pick Up Sewage With A Plain Vehicle With A Barrel With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 20M3 Meeting The Technical And Sanitary Requirements Entitling To Export Liquid Waste And Approved For Road Transport. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Weigh Sewage On The Legalized Invasion Of The Contracting Authority Located On The Premises Of The Plant.
