Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Draft Decision On The Location Of Public Purpose Investment

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Draft Decisions To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Executive Acts, And In Particular In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Development And Development Of The Area Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003 On The Markings And Names Used In The Decision On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589). 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Prepare The Following Projects Of The Decision: 1) On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, 2) Amending The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, 3) On Building Conditions, 4) Amending The Decision On Building Conditions, 5) On Building Conditions For Building Objects Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) 4. The Execution Of Individual Projects Will Be Commissioned Successively In Writing And As Needed. The Estimated Number Of Projects Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is 450 Pcs (In Words: Four Hundred Fifty Pieces) During The Duration Of The Contract, Including Up To 10 Items On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments. The Developed Projects Will Apply To Applications That Were Submitted In The Period From June 24, 2025 To December 31, 2025. As At 05/09/2025, 226 Applications Were Submitted For Which The Draft Decision Is Required. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Make Changes To The Developed Projects Of Decisions Arising From Their Arrangements With Entities Specified In Art. 53 Paragraph 4 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 1130 As Amended). 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Make And Transfer To The Employer Decision Projects Together With Graphic Attachments And Urban Analyzes, If The Analysis Is Required, Within 21 Days Of Receiving A Complete Application From The Employer. In The Case Of The Draft Decision Referred To In Point 3 Item 5, The Deadline For Executing And Transferring The Draft Decision To The Contracting Authority Is 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete Application From The Ordering Party. 7. All Work Resulting From The Procedures Specified In The Act And Special Provisions, Necessary For The Proper And Complete Development Of The Draft Decision -Making Should Be Carried Out As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract And As Part Of The Agreed Rem
